This lack of digitalization has left construction far behind a global economy on the rise and placed the industry as one of the least productive industries too.We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented People & Talent Intern to provide support to our employees locally and globally. As the People & Talent Intern, you will assist our global team with all areas of human resources including recruitment, health and safety, employee relations, labour relations, and more.

- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources Program
- Previous human resources or administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience building trustworthy interpersonal relationships with diverse employees.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assisting with the full recruitment cycle including creating job postings, screening resumes, initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Administering and maintaining our HRIS.
- Actively participating in planning social and culture focused events.
- Participating in our Health and Safety committee by conducting workplace safety inspections.
- Assisting with the onboarding process.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
