Temporary Full Time
Salary Range: $38.62 - $45.42 /hour
This is a temporary full-time position that is anticipated to extend until January 12, 2027, and is subject to the availability of work.
An exciting opportunity exists for an analytical individual to join the Human Resources team. The Systems Analyst, HR provides systems support and analysis to meet the needs of Human Resources and users of HR systems. This position plays a key role in departmental projects, system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, training and process documentation as well as tier-1 support and system administration across multiple HR applications (OD, OHSS/IPAC and HR/Payroll).
In addition, this position will coordinate St. Joseph's response to external HR surveys and ensure the corporate HR intranet stays relevant and engaging.
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized college diploma program in a relevant field, e.g. Human Resources Administration, Business Information Systems and/or Business Administration
- Minimum two years' experience with systems analysis, design, and configuration of information systems
- Exceptional skills in utilizing computer software packages including Microsoft Office (advanced skills particularly in Excel and SharePoint)
- Experience creating report specifications inclusive of gathering, validating and presenting data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability and experience in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures
- Experience applying analytical skills, including auditing and validation, to support business process improvement initiatives Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills using tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated commitment to the concepts and practices of confidentiality

- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
