Role description
Reporting to the Manager, Automation and Business Systems, you will be responsible for providing business support for Wealth Ops and Solutions, Individual Insurance Ops and Solutions, the Client Service Centre, as well as some areas of Technology. This includes business as usual and project accountabilities. This is a 12 Month contract position and this role is aligned to our London office location.
What you will do
Security Coordination
- Support the creation and maintenance of role-based system access and software profiles
- Manage the system security access for London Life, Great-West Life and Canada Life, including mainframes and standalone applications/software.
- Administer third-party systems for Quadrus, including Univeris/Investment Centre, FundSERV/myserv, and CapIntel
- Processing of onboarding, offboarding and employee transfer requests
- ICOFR terminations and modifications related to periodic/quarterly/yearly audits
- Respond to inbox inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Technical Support
- IC Wealth/Individual Insurance applications support and problem resolution
- Desktop/laptop hardware issue identification/resolution
- Early adopter for rollouts/upgrades of corporate systems
- Assist with management of desktop/laptops upgrades
- Active use of IS tools
- Processing of software installation and upgrade requests
- Development of job aids, as required
Projects
- Participates in IS and corporately sponsored initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert, test coordinator and User Acceptance Tester for installs, application/laptop/desktop/printer upgrades and hardware certification
- Reviews/contributes to the IS/Business documentation associated with these initiatives

The base salary for this position is between $50,400 - $75,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
