Product Manager - Growth (In Office and Remote Options)

Position Location:  Remote and in office options available.

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our growing team as we enter a new phase of expansion. 

 

Our Team:

As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll work closely with our world-class Growth focused research, design and engineering teams. You’ll work alongside our other product managers leveraging data sciences, agile principles and human insights to re-imagine the way a marketplace interacts. You’ll lead tremendous change across our SEO, Marketing, core search products and onboarding strategies. You’ll help us stand up new referral and affiliate programs and grow our account penetration capabilities. As part of joining a growing global organization, you’ll work directly with members of our leadership team to set out our long term growth strategy. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Launch new features aimed at driving more traffic, A/B tests to optimize site conversion, products and beta programs that help businesses discover and start using Voices products and services.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities through user research, market research, competitor analysis and data analysis.
  • Manage each stage of the product lifecycle from discovery and definition of requirements through development and launch and into future iterations. Management of growth team backlog and product roadmap.
  • Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in frequent user testing and research sessions to validate the effectiveness of the product strategy with real customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their issues, pains, desires and how they think.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the data, analytics and how customers are using the product.

 

Requirements:

  • You have at least 2 years of product management experience in a related Product Manager, Growth Marketer, Product Owner or equivalent role.
  • You have experience successfully delivering a software product or a series of features within a digital marketplace, SaaS solution, or similar digital environment.
  • You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty: You are comfortable diving into new projects and educating stakeholders to get buy in. Whatever the task, you like to stretch outside your swimlane to help the entire organization.
  • You have strong quantitative and qualitative skills; you’re able to make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to drive action.
  • You’re experiment and hypothesis-driven: You have a firm understanding of how to drive KPIs through iterative, data-driven experimentation and make that your mission.
  • You’re a proven leader, motivator, and effective decision maker with a detailed understanding of digital product management. You leave your ego at the door when working with your team.
  • You have experience with user-testing, UX metrics frameworks, participating in design sprints and user interviews.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, and/or Marketplace software services organizations. 
  • Solid understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and product best practices. Training in Product School, Pragmatic Institute etc. is a bonus. 
  • You understand Digital Marketing and have experience working as part of a growth, Marketing, data or product team.
  • You've worked with digital channels (SEO, paid ads, referrals, etc….)
  • You have experience launching, analyzing and scaling A/B tests and beta programs
  • You are comfortable building dashboards, quantitative models, and analyzing data to inform decision making.
  • You have a passion for building complex user flows, wireframes and Marketing funnels with product designers, marketers and engineers.
  • You are comfortable working with leadership teams and broadly across the organization.
  • Experience working on an Agile SCRUM team and with Atlassian products (JIRA)
  • You have product analytics tools experience (Heap, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc…)
