What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Digital Advertising Strategist to join our growing team and lead paid media strategy development and execution on key accounts.
The Digital Advertising Strategist is responsible for developing strategy and executing high-performing campaigns that drive business results. The incumbent will research, plan, implement, and report on paid advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms and tactics such as Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, set up, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive impactful business results
- Create detailed reports and briefs that clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations
- Support client communications and attend calls to communicate performance and recommendations
- Act as Quality Control on campaign set ups, execution and optimization while maintaining accountability for performance results and hitting expected KPI's
- Develop and test new ad copy, landing pages, and digital creatives with the help of a graphic designer
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure client expectations are met on time and on budget
- Effectively communicate with Paid Media Department Leaders on account performance and process improvement
- Stay in the know of latest trends for digital advertising and e-Commerce tactics, sharing with the greater team and applying new tactics to accounts
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 4+ years of relevant experience working in Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing
- Demonstrative track record executing campaigns for results
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Facebook / Google
- Knowledge of SEM/PPC/CPM trends
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with frequent video conferences (daily)
- Proficiency in using attribution platforms and conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics is an asset.
