Required Skills:

• At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in engineering leadership and management.
• Experience with Web services, SaaS, Security and Modern Data Management Technologies.
• Experience with distributed source control (Git, GitHub Flow), CI/CD, Confluence and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, computer science or related field is preferred, plus a minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience in one of these fields.
• Ability to employ test driven and behavior development and continuous deployment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• An ongoing thirst for new knowledge, ideas and a passion for software engineering and developing people.
• Must reside in or near London, Ontario to be considered

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Dealership experience
• Strong business acumen
• SQL / AWS Experience
• Live in London, Ontario
