We are currently seeking an analytical and data-driven Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our growing Paid Advertising team!

The Digital Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the setup, execution, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms. This includes both data pulling and report generation

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, set up and launch digital advertising campaigns designed to meet client goals and KPIs using necessary tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Analytics, Shopify)
  • Execute campaigns in a timely manner and strives for a high degree of accuracy with Quality Assurance issues decreasing over time
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure marketing strategies deliver an ROI for clients
  • Conduct and report on research surrounding target audience, keyword research, and competitive analysis
  • Write advertising design briefs with creative best practices that align with client/campaign goals
  • Liaise with inter-departmental and cross-functional team members to optimize client experience and ensure optimal solution delivery
  • Responsible for monitoring budget pacing for assigned accounts and adjusting spending based on performance data
  • Daily management of campaigns including updating copy, A/B testing, keywords, bids, audience testing etc
  • Monitor campaign performance and measure against KPIs, making data-driven optimizations and recommendations to improve or maintain performance

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably media buying
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, advertising, web development, computer science) or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, etc
  • Certified in Google Ads, Analytics
  • Proven ability to apply creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness to daily work
