Reporting to the Sr Manager, Project Management, the Sr Project Manager - Aria Filtra is responsible for managing multiple complex, engineered-to-order projects within the Aria Filtra Division. This role will lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, contracts, field service, and supply chain to ensure the successful delivery of advanced membrane filtration and water treatment systems for industrial and municipal customers across North America.

This position is part of the Manufacturing and Operations team located in London, Ontario, and will be hybrid, 3 times per week to the office.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Manage multiple, high-value ETO (Engineer-To-Order) projects from initiation through commissioning, with durations between 1 and 3 years.

  • Ensure delivery of systems on time, within budget, and in full alignment with contractual and technical specifications.

  • Act as the key liaison with customers, managing expectations, negotiating change orders, and resolving complex technical and commercial challenges.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, contracts, procurement, legal, fabrication, lab, and field services to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Support sales during the proposal phase by reviewing specifications, contract terms, purchase orders, and overall project strategy.

  • Lead revenue planning and forecasting activities focusing on accuracy, milestone alignment, and financial visibility.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand project scope and enhance margins through effective change management.

  • Coordinate start-up and commissioning support in partnership with Aria Filtra Field Service Engineers.

  • Travel 25–50% across the U.S. and Canada to support execution, customer engagement, and site activities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, ideally with engineered-to-order capital equipment or industrial water systems.

  • Proven track record managing full project lifecycles, including financials, resource coordination, and customer-facing communications.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts, negotiate changes, and align diverse stakeholders in technical environments.
