We’re excited to be recruiting for a Process Manager supporting the Personal Lending stream.  As an integral part of the Operations team, this position is responsible for end-to-end process ownership and optimization within assigned Owner value-chain. 
This position is accountable for designing effective and efficient processes through proactive planning and leadership of cross-functional teams to align with business needs, objectives, and strategic priorities. The Process Manager is responsible for creating and enhancing processes that are Owner centric and improve overall operational effectiveness for Libro.
The Epic Human we’re looking for will:
  • Support the achievement of segment strategy through process decisioning, risk management and oversight for key processes.
  • Engage stakeholders to rethink and transform processes; identify opportunities to streamline, centralize, eliminate, or automate processes and document outcomes.
  • Build and execute on change management plans to ensure processes are sustained and remain compliant.
  • Clearly define how existing processes work, identify areas of improvement and make recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end process backlog and supports the prioritization and resourcing of required work.
  • Review key performance indicators and audit findings to identify improvement activities; leverage data to define current state, future state metrics to ensure that first line of defence risk and compliance controls are in place and operating effectively.
  • Develop KPI’s, dashboards and other reporting to measure results against standards.
  • Set and monitor implementation plans and report against project deliverables.
  • Document and maintain process maps, workflows, procedures, and work instructions.
Education & Experience:
  • College/University Degree in the field of business, finance, or information technology.
  • 5+ years in a leading role demonstrating process improvement/ownership experience and data analysis
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or 3-5 years related experience leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Proficient knowledge of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Prefer 2+ years Robotic Process Automation, and 5+ years experience in Change Management.
  • Successful candidate will be able to be Lean Agile Greenbelt Certified and Smartsheet Certified within 12 months of hire and a Certified Change Practitioner within 24 months of hire.
Requirements:
  • Strong service quality experience with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work well with staff, internal and external partners, stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, prioritize the daily duties and problem solve.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of personal computer applications with the ability to work at an intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Actively participate in achieving team goals and targets with an emphasis on teamwork and building strong alliances.
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement; demonstrates a lean champion mindset.
  • Demonstrates a professional image that supports and reflects the “Be Libro” statements and promotes the culture and brand identity of the organization.
