Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal

Start Date: May 2026 to September 2026

Pay:  $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Identification and monitoring of growth stages for pea, sweet corn, snap bean and lima bean crops
• Aiding in the collection of pre-harvest samples for the various vegetable crops
• Identification of in-field pest pressure for weeds, diseases and insects

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills;
• Proficient in the use of technology;
• Must possess a G license and a clean driving abstract;
• Enrolled in post-secondary education with an Agricultural direction;
• Able to work well independently;
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as

Working Conditions

• The ability to work in all weather conditions with lifting and walking
• Fast paced, dynamic environment that best suits a high-energy individual
• Ideal candidate resides in Essex, Kent, Middlesex, Elgin or Oxford counties

Work Location: In person. Ingersoll, Strathroy, Tecumseh-Canada
