UI/UX Designer
About the Role
Red Rhino is looking for a UI/UX Designer who knows how to turn strategy into intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing digital experiences. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and creatives to design websites, apps, landing pages, and interfaces that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for website and digital product builds
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability audits
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive layouts
- Design modern, accessible interfaces aligned to brand goals
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web + app design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive UX
Nice to Have
- Experience with WordPress design systems
- Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions
- Understanding of HTML/CSS (not required, but beneficial)

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000
