Scope of Work:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Freelance Social Media Coordinator to manage our company’s social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Social Media Management: Overseeing and maintaining active accounts across our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
- Content Creation: Develop content ideas and create visually engaging posts using tools such as Canva. This includes creating graphics, writing captions, and aligning the content with our brand voice.
- Content Scheduling: Implementing a content scheduling tool to plan posts in advance.
- Community Engagement: Responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and fostering a positive online community.
- Boosting & Paid Ads Recommendations: Suggesting and managing social media ad campaigns to boost engagement or drive conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Provide monthly reports on social media performance, including metrics like engagement rate, follower growth, and ROI. You will also suggest areas for improvement based on these insights.
Project Deliverables:
- Develop a monthly social media strategy for AutoVerify.
- Create and implement a content calendar for each platform.
- Produce weekly content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) with a focus on audience engagement and brand consistency.
- Create interesting, engaging, product-specific content crafted intentionally for each platform
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages within a 24-hour timeframe. Escalate comments to Senior Manager of Marketing if needed.
- Offer paid social media campaign recommendations and manage ads if required.
- Generate monthly performance reports detailing key metrics and KPIs.

1. Experience and Background:
- How many years of experience do you have in social media management, and what types of brands/industries have you worked with?
- Do you have any experience with B2B Social Media?

2. Social Media Strategy and Content Creation:
- How would you approach creating a content strategy for AutoVerify’s social media channels? What types of content do you believe would work best for our industry and target audience?
- Can you provide an example of how you would create a content calendar for a month? What tools would you use to manage and schedule posts?
- What is your process for caption writing? How do you ensure the captions are well-written, aligned with the brand voice, and engaging for the audience?
3. Engagement and Community Management:
- How do you handle community engagement on social media? What is your approach to responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions?
- How do you balance engaging with followers while maintaining professional boundaries?
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- What KPIs do you track to measure social media success? How do you report on the effectiveness of your campaigns?
- Can you provide an example of a report you’ve generated in the past? What insights do you typically share with clients?
- How do you use data to make actionable recommendations?
5. Budget and Deliverables:
- For a budget of $1500/month, what will be provided?
- What would your process look like to ensure all deliverables are met within the monthly budget?
