As an Implementation Project Manager, Heavy Equipment, you will be responsible for: 

. Planning/organizing assigned implementation projects

. Controlling the implementation process and driving execution against project scope and contract requirements

. Establishing and meeting deadlines

. Driving accountability against risks, issues and action items

. Managing the customer experience and driving net promoter success

. Leading stakeholders including all functional CDK departments, including CDK resources, Client, and 3rd party vendors where applicable

. Communicating with all key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats

. Developing and presenting project plans, schedules, and formal presentations as required

. Documenting all project activities in Salesforce and utilizing CDK tools to fulfill project administration requirements

. Project escalation and guiding our customer through a fair and solutions oriented result

Requirements/Attributes:

. 2 to 3 years of Project Manager / or Training and Implementation Experience

. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

. PMP certification desired

. Ability to travel 5% (to meetings or training)

. Valid Driver’s License Required

. Planning skills to demonstrate ability to handle multiple implementation projects and stakeholders

. Coordination and organization of activities, material, information, resources and ability to modify priorities as needed

. Business Acumen in Project Management and Heavy Equipment industry desired

. Accountability and strong decision making skills to carry out actions and report on escalations

. Ability to work independently and follow standards and guidelines

. Critical Thinking Skills needed to interpret issues, trends, and explore solutions

. Solid independent judgement and analytical reasoning
