Position Overview
In this role, you will lead project implementation for Server and Network Infrastructure. You'll serve as a point of contact for our Service Desk Staff, helping assess and address client issues or questions by either resolving them directly or involving vendors where needed.
Additionally, you'll be involved in IT Solution Architecture and Design, and you'll be responsible for providing quotes for these IT Projects. You'll also assist in staging, configuring, deploying, and supporting these projects.
The role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience through on-site visits and service calls to client locations. You'll contribute to various project implementations, such as setting up new IT infrastructure, improving processes, enhancing security and surveillance, and occasionally participating in IT budgeting for both ManagePoint and our clients.

Core Qualifications/ Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience working on Network Infrastructure Projects and Support
- Ability to prioritize and resolve IT problems quickly and efficiently
- Design/ Install/ Support/ Maintain Servers and Workstations and peripheral devices
- Design/ Install/ Support/ Maintain Network Equipment and Wireless Solutions
- Windows, Linux, and Mac OS Knowledge
- Proficient with Security such as Encryption and MFA
- Strong Customer Service and Empathy skills
- Demonstrated Communication Skills both Oral and Written
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Familiar with additional Server roles such as DNS, DHCP, File & Print Server, Radius/ NPS
- Strong understanding of VMware
- Strong Understanding of Networks (Wired and Wireless)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- G License and access to reliable transportation
- Participate in On Call Rotation
- CCNA Certification or equivalent work experience
Additional Qualifications/ Nice to Have:
- Firewall Certifications such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiGate
- AWS/ Azure Certifications
- Working Experience with Linux Operating Systems
- VoIP technology and use cases
- Database Creation, Management, Scripting
- Project Management fundamentals
Certified in Microsoft Cloud based solutions including passing the some or all of the following exams or willing to write them:
- MS-102
- MS-203
- MS-500
- MS-700

Compensation
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
