About the role
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, QA, and Facilities, the Senior Quality Manager is responsible for defining and promoting a strong quality mindset across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-quality products and services, on time and within cost expectations.
This position supports Trojan Technologies’ UV residential, industrial, and municipal operations in London and Guelph, ensuring consistent quality performance while driving continuous improvement across Operations, Innovation & Technology, Supply Chain, Sales, and Service.
The Senior Quality Manager establishes, maintains, and evolves the quality system to ensure facilities, equipment, processes, and personnel meet internal standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
This role is part of the Quality Team and is on-site in London, ON, with approximately 25% travel??.
Key responsibilities
• Lead quality strategy using the Veralto Enterprise System (VES)
• Establish quality standards and performance metrics across the value stream
• Drive rapid and effective issue resolution and risk mitigation
• Apply structured problem-solving and best-practice methodologies
• Integrate relevant elements of the Veralto Reliability System (VRS)
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business results

What you bring
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Operations, or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (preferred)
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, DOE, MSA, and reliability statistics
• Ability to evaluate overall business performance strategically, considering financial, operational, customer, and growth objectives to guide decision-making and drive success.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
