Position Description:

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative who will work with our two Sales teams. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads for our Senior Sales Associates.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable providing candid feedback so we can continue to provide an exceptional customer experience.   


Responsibilities:
  1. Proactive outreach to customers and prospects
  2. Research from all sources to acquire leads
  3. Follow-up and correspond with customers and prospects as required
  4. Assist account managers in achieving sales targets
  5. Prepare and distribute sales reports
  6. Update CRM with calling related activities
  7. Participate in sales team meetings
  8. Work independently while being supervised by the account manager
  9. Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience during all customer interactions
  10. Present a professional image
  11. Communicate important feedback from customers and prospects internally

Requirements:
  1. Proficiency with standard PCs and software (Windows, MS Office, Outlook)
  2. An independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills
  3. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects
  4. Strong verbal skills and ability to develop a rapport with people over the phone
  5. Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
  6. Fluency in French would be an asset

Experience Required:
  • A university degree or college diploma in business or
  • Job related experience
