Channel Specialist - Digital Advertising and Influencer Marketing (In Office and Remote Options)

We are looking for a passionate and continuous learner to lead our paid digital marketing channels, as well as own our partnerships with brands and influencers. You will be part of a creative and analytical team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid search and social campaigns for Voices on Google. Campaigns may include branded and non-branded text ad campaigns, display advertising, remarketing, social advertising, and video ads on YouTube. 
  • Manage partnership opportunities and relationships with brands, influencers and affiliates that align with Voices brand guidelines 
  • Maintain dashboards and provide reporting on all paid campaigns to management. Meet with the marketing team to review the status of campaigns, discuss performance, and develop recommendations for strategies to drive new customer acquisition
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Build and measure effective landing pages that convert.
  • Manage experiments and tests to optimize for quality score and conversion rate, including landing page experience.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Maintain a cost per lead and customer acquisition cost within our marketing targets.
  • Prepare budget projections needed for new initiatives and continually monitor investments against goals.
  • Keep up-to-date on paid digital trends, features, and announcements and implement new features across campaigns where appropriate.
  • Collaborate on other related projects as needed, providing insight and experience.

 

Skills Required

  • 3 - 5 years experience in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience working with PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) required.  
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, certifications required.
  • Experience building dashboards (Data Studio, Salesforce or Tableau)
  • Highly analytical with the ability to assess and translate analytics into actionable insights for growth opportunities.
  • Ability to demonstrate collaboration skills within a close-knit team and other departments.
  • Results-oriented and performance driven.
  • Current with search industry trends and best practices.
  • An understanding of enterprise CRMs, such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
