Sales Enablement Operations Specialist Intern

Job Summary: 

As an intern in the role of Sales Enablement Operations Specialist at Info-Tech Research Group, you will take charge of project management tasks such as intake, prioritization, and ensuring timely completion. Additionally, you will be involved in overseeing operations and contributing to content development and curation efforts within the sales enablement domain.

Main Responsibilities: 

Sales Enablement Project Management 

• Manage project intake & prioritization
• Review project flow & completion
• Weekly report creation & maintain Sales Enablement data quality

Sales Enablement Operations 

• Maintain Sales & Leadership Hub and update accordingly based on needs of the sales organization 
• Maintain the Sales Enablement SharePoint up to date & structure in a consistent way. 
• Support training execution when needed
• LMS maintenance, assignments & reporting
• LMS curriculum development & assignments
• Podcast scheduling & development support

Content Development & Curation

• Create training materials (playbooks) & relevant documentation (tools & LMS) as needed
• Support development of training content aligned to Departments Quarterly Playbooks

Qualifications: 

• Pursuing bachelor's degree

This internship runs from April to September and is based out of either our Toronto or London office.
