What You’ll Do: 

The Client Solutions Group Director will be accountable for leading a portfolio of clients to retain and grow client relationships through their knowledge and expertise of financial solutions and Markit Digital capabilities. 

The Client Solutions Group Director partners with the Technology Group Director to lead and manage multiple agile teams to deliver on client objectives. Together the Client Solutions and Technology Group Directors define and lead the culture and objectives for the group. The Client Solutions Group Director is a member of the Client Success leadership team, defining and leading the people and functional strategy for the group. 

This role requires a strong background in financial products & tools, client management and  foundations in project management and data analysis. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong client relationships with senior business stakeholders   

• Understands client business objectives and leads internal teams to maximize Markit Digital services to deliver value against the objectives  

• Develops client growth strategies and partners with Business Development and implementation teams to grow accounts  

• Uses data and analytics to inform decisions  

• Manages, coaches and mentors a team of Product Owners  

• Identifies new market opportunities and improvements in existing offerings  

• Owns ongoing contract terms with clients 

Skills and Experience: 

• Product Management experience ideally in FinTech  

• Demonstrated success managing Product Owners or similar roles  

• Ability to build strong bonds with employees to foster open, honest and candid communication  

• Confidence leading communications with internal and external executives 

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills 

• Proven strategy identification and execution skills

• For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $138,348. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
