Position Description:
The QA Analyst is primarily responsible for the planning, execution, documentation, and maintenance of manual and automated quality assurance tests. Responsibilities also include defect management and test data management.
This is an on-site position at our London, Ontario, office. Must be able to legally work in Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and perform appropriate types of software testing for changes and enhancements to LBMX’s software applications, and report issues as required.
- Create clear test documentation and defect reports using available tools and resources.
- Collaborate with other members of the QA team, the Development team, and others as required.
- Take ownership of tasks as assigned, with minimal supervision.
- Review process documentation and test results.
- Review product specifications and provide feedback.
- Contribute to automation testing on applicable products.
- Conduct test reviews/audits.
- Support the enhancement of quality processes and procedures.
- Assist Junior members of the team when applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
- 3 -7 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience in writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting defects.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and documentation skills.
- Sound organizational and planning skills with consistent attention to detail.
- Able to use SQL database queries to identify and maintain test data.
- Workplace experience with front-end automation testing, along with knowledge of Java and JavaScript is preferred.
