Senior Manager, Engineering (AI Software Development Life Cycle)

We are seeking a senior engineering manager to build, lead, and evolve high-performing engineering teams while driving the adoption of modern platforms and AI-enabled solutions. This role combines people leadership, hands-on technical depth, and strategic influence, with a strong focus on end-to-end AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and applying AI to solve real business problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of engineers and technology specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation
• Drive engineering strategy, tooling, and automation across application, platform, and infrastructure domains, including AI and MLOps capabilities
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that create measurable business value
• Act as a change agent and technical authority, influencing standards, best practices, and responsible AI adoption
• Engage senior stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, and regulatory considerations

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior technical and/or people leadership roles
• Must have hands-on experience with the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC)
• Proven track record of leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to solve complex business problems
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, automation, cloud/platform technologies, and enterprise environments
• Experience operating in regulated or large-scale environments
