Consults with dealership department management to assess dealership business practices, processes, and goals.  (35%)

Customizes and implements CDK application software to support dealership business practices, processes and goals. (30%)

Performs verification seminars to ensure client understanding of application and gain client confirmation of application customization.  (10%)

Trains client on application functionality where knowledge gaps exist (5%).

Conducts post-implementation follow-up meetings with client to ensure optimum application usage, accuracy of customization, and satisfaction. (15%)

Updates key install and preparation information, monitors personal backlog assignments, and prepares monthly reports. (5%)
