You'll be a good fit if you have... 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of outbound sales or business development experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to innovate and improve.
  • Experience in advisory, information, marketing, or business services is a strong asset.

 As the Outbound BDR Sales Director you will: 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Outbound BDRs to exceed lead generation and meeting booking targets.
  • Develop and refine outbound strategies based on market intelligence and performance analytics.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-informed decisions to optimize results.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide actionable coaching to elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on goals and messaging.
  • Forecast KPIs and ensure consistent pipeline contribution to support attainable growth targets.
  • Train, motivate, manage, and develop Outbound BDRs. Provide supervision, coaching/training, monitor activities, and participate in performance assessment of the team. 
  • Conduct quality assurance sessions on recorded outbound interactions, providing coaching and feedback for improvement. 
  • Location: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week in-office.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to understand the cause of problems, take action to remove obstacles and address issues before they impact performance and results.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to use knowledge of the business environment and Marketing to engage customers.
  • Self-awareness: Self-motivated with an understanding of one’s strengths and areas of development.
  • Experience in an advisory, information, marketing and/or business services organization, preferred.
