What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Architect to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe IO, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and App Builder to design, implement, and optimize AEM solutions that power seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architect, design, and implement AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Lead AEM migration, upgrade, and integration projects, ensuring adherence to performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Develop and integrate Adobe IO, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and App Builder solutions to extend AEM capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Ensure AEM component development follows best practices for reusability, performance, and maintainability.
- Optimize AEM content delivery and authoring workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM-related issues with hands-on guidance.
- Stay ahead of Adobe Experience Cloud innovations and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and provide architectural oversight for AEM developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture, including AEM Sites and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Expertise in Adobe IO, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and App Builder to build scalable digital solutions.
- Expertise with GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
- Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Architect or AEM Developer certification.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi services, and Content Fragment Models.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and React for front-end and backend integrations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
- Experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with modern web technologies such as Next.js, Vue.js, or React.js.
- Background in performance tuning and security best practices for AEM implementations.
