Reporting to the Director, MarTech Strategy & Demand Generation, your primary focus will be on crafting, executing, and refining automated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. By leveraging your expertise in marketing automation platforms, you'll streamline our processes, optimize lead generation, and enhance contact mapping and nurturing initiatives.

From campaign inception to analysis, you'll guide the execution process, ensuring campaigns are not only impactful but also continuously refined based on performance metrics.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms, including configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with developers to design automation aligned with business requirements.
  • Design and execute automated email campaigns, lead scoring models, and workflow automation to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and merchandizing teams to define automation goals, audience segments, and campaign objectives.
  • Work with content strategy team to create and maintain marketing automation workflows for targeted content delivery throughout the customer journey.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements for maximum impact.
  • Implement data management best practices for segmentation and personalization.
  • Provide training and support on marketing automation platform usage and best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy best practices in marketing automation campaigns.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field required.
  • Relevant work experience and certifications in marketing automation platforms considered in lieu of formal degree.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft CRM) and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to configure, integrate, and optimize marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing automated email campaigns, lead scoring models, and workflow automation.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing automation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and providing training and support.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data privacy and consent management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees such as MBA with focus on marketing or technology.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware landscape.
