Purpose of Position:

 

We are looking for a Digital UX Manager to join our collaborative team and partner with clients at Trojan Technologies! You will have the opportunity to research and streamline technology products to deliver the best possible user experience. You will lead customer insight work with connected users, develop and test mockups, and releasing new versions of the product and streamlining it each time in response to market studies and customer polls.

 

Responsibilities:

 

This role will be responsible to collect user feedback and work with the product team to implement new features and UI improvements to improve customer engagement.

 

The main responsibilities include:

  • Lead CI (customer insight) activities to identify and develop opportunities for generating insights on customer usage to expand their usage of digital services
  • Design UX for Cloud or Desktop applications from scratch or enhance existing views
  • Manage and lead multiple UX projects or workstreams, own schedules, outline key milestones, monitor deliverables, identify risks and solutions, and deliver specific project results against measurable KPIs.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks implementing industry best practices and VOC.
  • Use appropriate tools to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas across the organization (e.g. wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps)
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to team and management.
  • Verify implemented UX projects and lessons learned for continuous improvement

 

Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech/Any Bachelor degree with certification on UX design.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with UX Design for a Web & Desktop applications.
  • Experience with design in building responsive and adaptive UX using industry standard design tools such as Material UI, Bootstrap and other frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform application and material UI guidelines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in survey design, data analysis, report writing, and presenting.
