As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are a highly experienced and results-driven individual with a strong background in marketing technical products. You will have a proven track record of driving successful content marketing and lead generation initiatives, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

 

For this role, hybrid work is available; located at our office in London, ON.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Product positioning and messaging: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling value proposition for the product that differentiates it from competitors.
  • Go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan, including product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Sales enablement: Create sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team in their efforts to sell the product.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Product launch management: Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Marketing campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and awareness for the product, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Thought leadership: Establish the product and company as thought leaders in the industry through speaking engagements, webinars, and content creation.
  • Metrics and reporting: Establish KPIs for product marketing and regularly report on performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Customer advocacy: Develop and manage customer advocacy programs to capture and promote customer success stories and references.
  • Competitive intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activity to inform product and marketing strategy and ensure that the product remains competitive in the market.

 

Who you are:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the technology industry
  • Experience developing and communicating clear and compelling value propositions for technical products and data synthesis solutions to differentiate from competitor and provide compelling value offerings to various target personas.
  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive breakthrough growth in line with corporate growth strategies.
  • Experience creating effective sales enablement tools including collateral, presentations and positioning statements to support the sales team
  • Experience performing market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Capability of leading cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Proven success of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and awareness for the product, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated success of establishing a technology company as a thought leader in the industry through speaking engagements, webinars, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience stablishing KPIs for product marketing and regularly report on performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Extensive experience developing and manage customer advocacy programs to capture and promote customer success stories and references.
  • Experience monitoring and analyzing competitor activity to inform product and marketing strategy and ensure that the product remains competitive in the market.
