Full Stack .Net Web Developer
Versant Solutions Group - a developer and vendor of software solutions for the Broadcast/Cable industry – is searching for a Full Stack Developer to join a team developing an industry leading software platform. This is an opportunity to be part of a team of industry veterans creating leading edge solutions and technology for a very large industry across North America.
This role will be responsible for full stack development of web-based software with a focus on UI and front-end and following engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong UI development expertise with experience across the full .Net Stack.
This is a start-up environment, so candidates must be capable of working independently and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
The home office is in London, Ontario, however the role can be fully remote.

Required Technical Skills and Knowledge
- 3-5 years experience in C#/.Net, ASP.NET in particular
- Strong experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience with front end development on enterprise, customer facing web applications
- Must have experience creating and consuming SOAP and REST web services.
- Cloud services - Azure preferred.
Nice to Have
- Leaflet (JavaScript Library)
- jQuery
- Oracle PL/SQL
- B.Sc. computer science or software engineering
- 5+ years experience in a software development environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
- Team supporter with independent work ethic
