You as a Payroll Systems Analyst will:
- Perform Payroll Parallel Testing, including analyzing results and applying data analysis tools and techniques to assess results against existing payroll systems, after applying transformations for expected system design and calculation differences.
- Perform End-to-End Testing, ensuring the system is configurated in accordance with documented requirements.
- Review and analyze collective bargaining agreements, and document technical requirements for unions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) and other workstream leads to ensure that new and changing requirements are adequately captured and communicated.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing.
Is this the right role for you?
- You have strong data analysis skills, including tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, etc.
- You have experience working with Workday, payroll, and ERP systems implementations and conversions.
- You have experience with detailed business and technical requirements documentation.
- Experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements is an asset.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have strong attention to detail.
- You are a well-organized, and proactive individual able to self-manage, prioritize and meet deliverables.
