Introduction

With a client retention rate of 94%, it's safe to say our clients put a great deal of trust in tbk's abilities to create, drive and innovate their brands. As strategists, we are often at the table early when our clients are considering new products, new initiatives, new campaigns and more to help drive strategy and results, and you and we both know that a strong brand, compelling story and moving, measurable execution is the vehicle by which all of the best dreams and goals come to life.

And here's where you come in: You want a seat at that table to drive that innovation. Responsibility doesn't scare you; it excites you. You do your research. You have the creative chops to dream up the next amazing brief, and you love collaborating alongside other creatives to hone the concept. Your leadership skills build up the whole creative team, producing something yourself and your team are proud of. The thought of presenting and selling the direction both terrifies but thrills you, and you're prepared to put it all out on the line. You are an empathetic listener, soaking up all of our client's invaluable experience to make the concept and vision even better.

In the Art Director position you would work alongside the whole tbk team, ensuring the vision is fully coming to life, both coaching and teaching along the way to help those you work with be better. You're ensuring all the metrics are set, to measure the success of the vision. Finally, the creative is set free, public for all to see. It's finally happening. But you know the project isn't done, it's just started. You're checking all the measurements to ensure the assumptions are correct and the campaign or digital product is performing well. It's just as much your business at this point as it is your client's, and if something isn't going to plan, you move quickly to address it. And that magical moment happens: The client is growing and selling, thrilled with the results, and asks the question: "Hey, do you have time to help us with another project?"
