Description
StarTech.com is looking for a Product Information Specialist (French) to join our International Product Information Marketing team on a 6-month contract.
Reporting to the Manager, International Product Information, this position partners closely with the French sales team, playing a key role in understanding StarTech.com’s customers' product content needs and opportunities. Leveraging these partnerships, this position will optimize SEO for StarTech.com product listings, deliver French product information for eCommerce, and create French marketing content.
This role is suited to a well-rounded individual with the right mix of analytical, copywriting and relationship building skills and is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong, global team within a growing organization.
In this role you will:
- Review, edit and localize French product information for websites and marketing collateral
- Research localized search terms (SEO) and optimize content for search on StarTech.com’s website and partner product listings
- Work directly with StarTech.com partners and our French sales team to optimize our product listings and identify product information opportunities
- Work closely with partners and information provider modules to create and syndicate enhanced content using StarTech.com images and copy that will display on partner websites
- Provide product information audit support for product listings on our partner websites
- Track SKU counts for listed products for specific partners and act where gaps are identified
What you can show us:
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English
- Demonstrated customer focus and the ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
