We are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join our growing team!
The Marketing Project Coordinator will be the driving force behind delivering projects on budget, on time, and setting and meeting our client's expectations. Your responsibilities include overseeing various marketing projects to ensure optimal results, efficient resource management, and harmonizing diverse stakeholder interests. You'll lead by example, upholding quality standards, mentoring your project teams to success, and providing dynamic project leadership. As the main client contact, you'll deliver exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment!

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of marketing project management, including planning, QA, scope changes, scheduling, and cost determination
- Develop, maintain and refine an achievable project schedule for marketing campaigns such as paid media, SEO, email marketing, etc.
- Create and maintain project tasks, updating status reports on an ongoing basis
- Ensure proper communication amongst all stakeholders, ensuring commitments and deliverables are being met on time
- Foster a trusting and supportive environment with team members
- Perform regular check-ins with the client team to ensure they are delivering “on-time” required material and decisions
- Leverage project management tools effectively to ensure communication is flowing amongst all team members (internal and external).
- Prepare resourcing needs for weekly project forecasting meetings of cross-functional teams
- Ensure there is a backlog of tasks on all projects you manage and that the project teams have the access and direction to work efficiently and effectively
- Help to create time and value estimates for additional work with existing clients.
- Fulfill monthly invoicing needs
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience managing digital marketing projects, or related experience.
- Successful completion of a college diploma or university degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience that fulfill the role responsibilities.
- Exceptional relationship management skills; ability to listen, be curious, understand, empathize, be responsive and communicate constructively
- Capable of independently creating project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital projects
- Google suite proficiency
- Understanding of various Digital Marketing tactics (eg. SEO, PPC, Social, Email, etc.).
- Supreme organization and time management skills
- Ability to acquire a valid passport and the interest to travel in North America
Bonus!
- Relevant experience in the marketing industry is an asset
- Knowledge of business concepts (eg. Sales funnels, ROI, Seasonality, etc.).
- Qualification in Project Management - PMP® Certification is considered an asset.
- Digital or traditional agency experience is also considered an asset
- Experience in an agency setting related to digital marketing is an asset
