Job Description
The Senior Client Services Specialist is a key customer service and client relations role within the Audit and Claim Verification Program (ACVP). The Specialist is responsible for ensuring client-facing communications are timely, accurate, and delivered with a strong customer centric focus. The incumbent will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop strong relationships with ACVP for the Public Services Dental Care Plan (PSDCP)/ Pensioners Dental Services Plan (PDSP) and Public Services Health Care Plan (PSHCP).
What you will do?

Coordination of client requests for information on reporting for PSDCP/PDSP and PSHCP

Developing and contributing to the production of and dissemination of high-quality reports and presentations suitable for a range of internal and external stakeholders

Performing data analytics by defining problem statements, identifying relevant datasets, and leveraging data analytics tools available to derive insights

Works closely with clients to navigate audit outcomes at the conclusion of audits

Builds strong relationships with our Public Service Plan team and the Plan Sponsors by delivering timely, accurate and in-depth information to our Plan Sponsors with respect to our Audit program and plan member investigations

Demonstrating strong working knowledge of and compliance with audit methodology

Responsible for written correspondence relating to both internal and external clients with respect to the Audit and Claim Verification Program

Reviewing, drafting and/or presentation of internal policies/process documentation for PSHCP & PSDCP/PDSP

Co-ordinate with and communicate with the ACVP internal and external delivery partners

Attends client speaking engagements as required
What you will bring?

Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience?
-
Understanding of Life, Health & Dental operations, and their dynamics?

Proven customer service skills and client relations
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including experience delivering presentations and drafting formal audit reports

Ability to manage multiple demands with tight deadlines is necessary

Strong technical skills?

Strong continuous improvement focus?

Experience and strong knowledge in using Excel, Power BI, Data Analytics tools and CDP2

Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels?

Bilingual in French and English: Ability to read and write in French is an asset

Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website

This position is Hybrid Firm 3 Days in the Office
The base salary for this position is between $52,800 - $ 97,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
