Designs, builds, and tests complex or large-scale, systems, ensuring that the components of the system are integrated and function as a whole. Determines the overall structure of the system, organizes the interaction between components, and evaluates the influence of the environment. Jobs that provide engineering technical support in this field should be assigned to this job family.

 

Process Engineering is the essential driver for solving customer´s problems in Pall Water. New and extended water treatment processes must be developed to sustain future growth by innovation

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create and develop innovative water treatment processes with enhanced value for the customer providing differentiation of PALL Water in the water treatment market preferably using membrane separation technology.

  • Work with external partners to find solutions for our customer problems

  • Search for suitable external partners

  • Assess, implement and/or develop their technology into the innovative water treatment processes applying Danaher´s Open Innovation processes.

  • Define and execute the verification and validation of developed water treatment processes.

  • Create and review technical product and process specifications to ensure performance, cost and quality objectives. Assess final product/process performance.

  • Ensure that technology, processes and products meet the regulatory and data privacy requirements of the targeted markets and regions

  • Create resulting engineering processes to become standard work in project execution.

  • Guide R&D Engineering in most effective water treatment systems design. Actively promote and participate in continuous improvement of technical solutions and work processes applying the methodologies of the Danaher Business System.

  • Provide guidance to the organization in cases of significant complex Process Engineering questions and problems during project execution.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience required. Master´s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent preferred

  • Experience in understanding customer´s problems and providing valuable technical solutions

  • Experience in R&D or product development preferred.

  • 6 years of working experience:

    • Process engineering and design of fluid treatment processes and systems.

    • Implementing process technology into design and automation
