Requirements

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Director of Marketing, you will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand integrity, business growth, and client retention.
• Evaluate all marketing campaigns and related activities by providing analytical insights, reporting, and actionable intelligence to help guide the decision-making process.
• Create highly effective digital marketing strategies that will elevate and promote our online identity and brand.
• Help us reach new audiences and achieve customer growth overseeing the production of compelling and highly effective marketing content that will be delivered through various means, including social media posts, blogs, e-mails, and more!
• Ensure all marketing technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, Click Funnels, Lean Data, Webinar Ninja) is set up and operating at optimal performance to drive and support marketing initiatives.
• Be hands-on and lead the execution of campaigns, initiatives, and product roll outs.
• Lead the marketing team to ensure incredible execution of paid search, social, and digital marketing efforts.
• Lead with a focus on quality, transparency, accountability, data integrity, and collaboration.
• Work closely with internal leaders and departments to support partnerships, revenue generation, product launches, and transparent engaging communication to our clients.
• Work with agency partners, as needed.
• Foster an atmosphere of success

ABOUT YOU

You are a seasoned marketing leader who:

• Has 8+ years of progressive and proven marketing experience.
• Has 3+ years of experience successfully leading a marketing team.
• Has experience working within the SaaS industry.
• Is an expert in digital marketing with solid expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, SEO, and new channels to support growth.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a must.
• Is passionate about helping companies to grow.
• Understands the importance of aligning sales strategy, product roadmaps, and marketing efforts to disrupt the marketplace.
• Is analytical and persuasive, using the value of data to drive creative outputs and affect the market.
• Has proven success in growing companies through marketing efforts.
• Is eager to join a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Have B2B experience.
• Know your way around Lean Data and Click Funnels.
• Are fluent in English and French!
