This position is eligible for flexible work arrangements including a combination of remote and in-office work, and/or flex time, with office locations in London, Essex and Caledonia.

What Opportunity Awaits?
The Business Systems Analyst – Level 1 will assist in coordination and monitoring of operations of in-house banking system and related processes as well as Administration office and VOIP telephone systems located in branches, while providing operational support to Admin office and Branch staff.

What you will do - The Epic Human we are looking for will;
  • Maintain flexible hours, carry a pager as junior pager resource as scheduled, alert senior pager carrier when needed and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring the efficient operation of our in-house banking system.
  • Primary responsibility for administration of User ID’s, and any other access needed by staff to banking-related resources.
  • Provide friendly, technical telephone and on-site support to branches for banking system, email and operations related problems.
  • Monitor HelpDesk for Business Systems related requests, escalate as necessary.
  • Be responsible for timely printing and distribution of statements and centralized letter production.
  • Be responsible for archiving reports, statements, automated transfer files and gateway log files.
What we are looking for? Could this be you?
  • A diploma with 1-2 years’ in an IS networking environment with database management.
  • Solid knowledge of PC software and hardware is required to provide on-going support to our network of branches. 
  • An understanding of business processes, the types of processes used in an in-house banking system, and experience with Microsoft SQL and Crystal Reports would be an asset.
  • Strong service quality experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, prioritize daily duties and handle issues and concerns in a calm and professional manner.
