Job Description
Marketing & Graphic Design Associate
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide administrative, implementation and/or processing support and coordination to those within the appropriate business unit. Responsible for the day-to-day management of documents and appointed data bases. Provide input, support, and creation for a range of marketing communications including social media, websites, newsletters, corporate slide presentations, trade show graphics, print collateral, branded gear, etc. The Marketing & Graphic Design Associate will remain present within the industry and be aware of opportunities that will help facilitate Alimentiv’s products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
- In conjunction with Manager, Marketing & Sales and other marketing team members write, edit, format, and produce content for printed/graphic materials and reports, web content, blog, social media, press releases, ensuring information remains consistent, current and relevant.
- Generate monthly analytics report for website and social media.
- Maintain and regularly reviews and updates an inventory of marketing materials/collateral.
- Build and maintain an organized spreadsheet/database of communications material and copy text.
- Provide administrative, implementation and processing support to the manager for the day-to-day activities of the department.
Graphic Design
- Conceptualize, design, and implement professional marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, brochures, presentation materials, livestream events to consistently promote the company’s brand, services, and products.
- Create engaging content and graphics for Social Media accounts.
- Assist all business units as required to maintain the company’s voice across all mediums.
- Assist with the development and enforcement of brand-marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, advertisements and publications and all additional platforms as necessary.

Special Projects:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of conferences, technology forums, trade shows, educational events including webinars, client/project related event/meetings and internal leadership meetings.
- Assist with the development and implementation of business development initiatives, strategies, and programs.
- Assist in the coordination and production of large staff events and meetings.
- Assist in the coordination and procurement of staff and conference promotional products (swag).
- Attend as needed industry & public opportunities, conferences, that will facilitate the promotion of Alimentiv’ s global products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should have a minimum of an undergraduate degree, or a college diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Further, the succesful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in the use of Adobe CC including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in Photography, videography
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere and XD
- Highly refined written and verbal communication skills and project management skills.
