Assistant General Manager

 

Who is an Assistant General Manager?

 

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.


What will you be doing?

  • Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals
  • Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club


Do you have what it takes?

  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals
  • Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams
  • Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness
  • Creative, independent and able to think outside of the box
  • Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities

Compensation:

$43,000.00 - $55,000.00
