Job Description
The HR Technology intern will support DN's HRIS and Governance teams with HR systems projects including systems testing, problem investigation, root cause analysis, data quality testing and relevant tasks. The intern will work with various experienced team members to complete tasks, with guidance and instructions provided to support on the job learning and skill development.

Job Description
The HR Technology intern will support DN's HRIS and Governance teams with HR systems projects including systems testing, problem investigation, root cause analysis, data quality testing and relevant tasks. The intern will work with various experienced team members to complete tasks, with guidance and instructions provided to support on the job learning and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Gains understanding of DN's HR 1Source tool, an Oracle HCM Fusion cloud system
- Supports quarterly upgrade testing & user experience change-over (Oracle Redwood migration) testing
- Gains experience with data privacy and data management
- Support data governance and data quality audits
- Researching data and record issues
- Gain understanding of basic system configuration & how to validate solutions / participate in Proof of Concept
- Learn to assess quality of solution builds
- Support test planning and user acceptance testing
- Test as user to validate security and usability
- Learn to assess user experience and provide actionable feedback to IT
- Attends team meetings.
- Proactively seeks to learn and improve capabilities associated with work assignments.
- Builds positive and professional working relationships with team members, other work colleagues and with relevant supervisor / manager.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Logical problem solving
