Description
As a result of continuous growth, StarTech.com is looking to add a Supervisor, Customer Advisory Team to join our Customer Service Department at our corporate office in London, Ontario.
Reporting to Manager, Customer Advisory Team, the Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Advisory Team as well as the coaching and development of our Customer Advisors. This person will work closely with the current Supervisor as well as Customer Advisory Team to ensure StarTech.com customers are receiving quality support and an exceptional experience. This cross-functional role will work closely with many internal stakeholders to implement service and support related initiatives across the organization. This role is well-suited to an individual with a proven record of people leadership, with a continuous improvement and growth mindset.

In This Role You Will
- Develop your leadership skills in a customer-focused environment
- Mentor a team of Customer Advisors while setting goals and KPIs and providing coaching on a 1:1 basis
- Assist our team of Trainers in developing progressive training initiatives for Advisors
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with many departments in the organization to implement initiatives to improve the customer experience
- Be a resource and point of contact for Customer Advisors, enabling them to provide an exceptional experience to StarTech.com customers
Your Qualifications
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with proven experience leading a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of a business
- Experience presenting to groups and facilitating meetings for groups and individuals
- The ability learn and retain information about technical products and processes
- Experience working in a Quality focused role is an asset
