What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for researching, planning, and executing effective digital marketing solutions for clients that drive conversions and support the customer journey.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and execute digital marketing initiatives in alignment with clients' goals and project deliverables, understanding their marketing and business objectives
  • Deliver channel-specific digital marketing tactics for clients using necessary tools
  • Conduct and report on research surrounding target audience identification, competitive analysis, and search engine keyword analysis
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure marketing strategies deliver ROI for clients
  • Assist with audits on clients’ marketing initiatives to create strategies for proposals
  • Aid in the preparation and delivery of client status meetings and effectively handle general questions from clients
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to optimize client experience and ensure optimal solution delivery
  • Maintain industry certifications and stay informed on marketing technologies and best practices
  • Monitor clients' marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and proactively recommend new solutions and/or campaigns
  • Identify key performance indicators and share insights with internal and external project stakeholders
  • Aid in the delivery of client reports to field technical questions when required
  • Develop internal initiatives to help improve processes or create a standardized procedure
  • Participate in creating training for digital marketing tactics and tools to ensure consistency and optimal delivery methods on client projects
  • Provide insight into opportunities to support clients’ growth and performance goals
  • Convey results of managed client solutions to support the development of case studies and proposals
  • Support internal subject-matter experts in order to develop client solutions and proposals
  • Occasionally participate in project ideation and solution development following the initial discovery process


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, advertising, web development, computer science) or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital marketing tactics and tools across multiple channels
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with two or more digital marketing channels such as analytics, SEO, email marketing, CRO, or social media
  • Certified in Google Analytics
  • Highly effective communication and time management skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative thinker and collaborative team player
  • High attention to detail
