The Opportunity:
Hach is seeking a full time Service Technician II (aka “Bench Tech”) to join the team in our London, ON location.

What Will I Be Doing?
Working on-site 40 hours per week, you’ll provide high quality repair, calibrations, and preventative maintenance services for all Hach equipment and instruments. You can anticipate your days being spent: 1) working on a wide variety of instruments, ranging from simple to quite complex, and 2) engaging with both internal and external customers to provide technical assistance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys problem solving as well as diagnosing, repairing, and debugging electro/mechanical equipment. What Qualifications Do I Need?

Being mechanically and electrically inclined is a must – we especially want to hear from you if you have previous experience with mechanical/electronics troubleshooting!

You have some experience interacting with customers and translating technical language into everyday terms.

Proven ability to be a strong teammate and take initiative; you are resilient, and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple competing priorities.
