Senior Manager/Director, HR & Organization Transformation Consultant

Are you an HR Expert professional looking for a new challenge??McLean & Company, a division of Info-Tech Research Group, is looking for a Senior Manager/Director to deliver HR Consulting Services to our members and clients.
What will you do?
- Develop, propose, and deliver customized solutions in the areas of Organizational Design, HR Strategy, Compensation, Job levelling and Career Pathing that result in optimizing business performance, efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Grow the Organization Transformation & HR Consulting practice.
- Lead and support business development activities by participating in qualifying leads, developing proposals, and presenting recommended solutions to clients.
- Manage the delivery of client solutions; conduct project scoping and planning, develop project plans/charters, provide direction to team on all project activities and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the client's Project Manager or Sponsor to ensure team effectiveness, monitor project activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results within budget.
- Prepare and deliver assessments and plans for large-scale programs, and coach project teams.
- Work with consulting leadership to define short and long terms goals and targets, service line offerings, and supporting resourcing plans.
- Help define “go to market” strategies and plans.
- Coach and mentor staff on core Consulting Competencies
- Identify and roll out continuous improvement activities.
- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 25-30%) to client-sites as needed.

- 10+ years of senior level HR experience 4+ years in client Consulting in the areas of:
- HR Strategy Development & Implementation
- Organization Design

- Organizational Change Management
What Skills, Traits & Behaviors are necessary for success?
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining internal and external trusting, professional relationships while offering solutions to fit the internal or external client’s needs.
- Ability to deliver complex client projects as required.
- Strong people, project, and time management skills.
- Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess solution options, understand advantages/disadvantages, prioritize, and make informed decisions that demonstrate a broader scope of contextual and business understanding.
- Capable of coaching and mentoring team members and peers.
- Proven ability to generate insights, recognize opportunities, and find new and better ways to do things.
