Location:  London, Ontario (Remote) 

The Role: 

As an Account Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for collection payments, maintain and update billing contacts, send statements and invoices, and follow up to on past due accounts. Our A/R team values the importance of customer relationships and seeks someone who is skilled in providing professional, timely and accurate service. This is an entry level position. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries such as update contacts and  invoices
• Collect on outstanding receivables via telephone, email, and mail
• Problem solving skills to confirm resolution of any billing issues
• Process credit card payments and apply account credits
• Work with Vendors regarding past due accounts
• Initiate process improvements 

Qualifications:

• Post secondary Diploma prefe
• Superb time management skills and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills; oral, written and professional telephone etiquette
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Accounts Receivable and Administrative experience
• Customer Service and/or Retail dealer experience is an asset
• You are highly dependable, friendly and work well with customers 
• Reliable high-speed Internet a must
• A quiet work setting with minimal noise or disruption to conduct business calls is mandatory
