Junior Developer - Web - Python - Odoo Development Track

Schedule: Permanent, Full-time | Monday - Friday
Compensation $43,000 - $48,000
About the Role
This entry-level role contributes to existing business portals while learning Odoo development, ColdFusion/Lucee, and the company’s manufacturing systems.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and extend existing ColdFusion/Lucee web portals used by revenue-critical clients.
Build and refine single-page HTML/JS ordering portals without frameworks.
Assist with Odoo portal and website customizations as you learn the platform.
Learn QWeb templating and contribute to customer-facing views and printed reports.
Participate in user acceptance testing and write documentation for the team.
Track hardware inventory, handle warranty claims, and support procurement.
What We’re Looking For
Some hands-on programming experience from coursework, projects, or a previous role.
Comfort writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript without a framework.
Some exposure to Python, even via scripts or coursework.
Curious, organized, and able to manage multiple small tasks.
Good written communication for documentation and team collaboration.
Comfortable asking for help before getting stuck.
