About the Role The Senior Brand & Creative Designer collaborates with key stakeholders and translates strategic marketing goals into impactful visual assets. You are responsible for evolving the Voices.com visual identity. As such, you will help build a brand that is differentiated and distinguished so that it is memorable within the competitive landscape. You will build and maintain a library of visual assets to be used across the organization, internally and externally. You'll ensure brand consistency and compliance across all platforms. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional design skills, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
- Own the strategy behind our visual identity, with assets to showcase that strategy (brand book and standards, etc.)
- Support sales, promotions, contests, and company highlights with high quality Creative assets.
- Create on-brand, visually appealing graphics that effectively support marketing programs and company-wide initiatives.
- Manage outsourced design resources to fill gaps and scale work.
- Evolve and update the company website design, working closely with product design and demand gen teams.
- Monitor current design trends to develop new innovative approaches and leverage our visual identity as a competitive advantage.
- Create company-wide templates and other relevant creative assets for client proposals, presentations and ongoing campaigns.
- Support with video, social media, and other relevant creative projects to ensure strong brand alignment and fill gaps as needed.
What You BringWe’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in graphic design (experience working on a marketing team at a SaaS organization is an asset)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other relevant design software

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
