Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for piping, structural fabrication, and system assembly within Autodesk Inventor and ERP systems.
Prepare technical project submittals, including: Design drawings, P&IDs
Valve lists, Instrument lists, Fabrication specifications, Project documentation required by customer specifications
These are the must-have requirements for the role:
Technical degree (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical design/engineering environment.
Strong background in CAD design with specific proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling, assemblies, and 2D detail drawing generation.
Experience with Autodesk Vault (or similar document management system) for file management and revision control.
Knowledge of process piping materials (steel, stainless steel, PVC, HDPE), pressure classifications, and fabrication techniques per ASTM.
Familiarity with structural steel sizes, standards (ANSI, AISC), and fabrication techniques, including steel frame skid design for modular piping assemblies.
The compensation range for this role is $ 68,050 - $78,800 CAD. This job is also eligible for a bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance to eligible employees.
