The Role

The IT Support Coordinator is on the front lines for incoming support calls, tickets from all levels of clients. Position requires a team player, self directed individual who is expected to demonstrate strong technical knowledge to cope with the rapid changing technology.  The ability to perform light project management, and other administrative tasks as required.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and respect for all staff, clients and for our company
  • Client facing for all support requests
  • Investigate and document support requests
  • Schedule appropriate technical resources for support requests
  • Maintain technical resource scheduling to ensure SLA requirements are met
  • Ensure technical best practices are applied to all service efforts
  • Enforce work policies and company processes
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
  • Positive & energetic attitude
  • Passionate about technologies
  • Proven working experience in IT or relevant experience
  • Excellent customer care abilities
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, with emphasis on listening, verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Basic bookkeeping skills an asset but not required
