Corporate Properties is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can organize information, prepare polished presentation materials, and create clear workflows that help the team communicate effectively. This role focuses on shaping data and departmental inputs into clear, consistent, and easy to understand materials for leaders and business partners.
What You Will Do
- Prepare executive ready presentations, one pagers, and summary materials.
- Organize and structure data into clear views that support planning and communication.
- Update and maintain policies, procedures, templates, and workflows.
- Gather and synthesize inputs from all areas of Corporate Properties.
- Improve information flow and documentation across Corporate Properties.
- Support special projects requiring clear analysis, structured thinking, and strong communication.
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to turn complex information into simple and compelling materials.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience preparing presentations and working with data.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Certificate or degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or process improvement is an asset.

The base salary for this position is between $56,900 - $104,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
