Reporting to the Director, HR Technology, the Systems Administrator will work closely with stake holders to provide functional and technical support for the HR technology stack. This includes configuring, optimizing, and provide guidance to end-users for system functionality.  This position requires strong technical, quality assurance, analytical and relationship skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the smooth configuration, implementation, and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) including creating course skeletons for all the learning programs, configurate all rule permissions, hierarchy, course catalogues, and set up different type of reports
  • Provide oversight to instructional Learning Coordinators to upload courses and test all the programs, microlearning, LMS downloads, tools, guides, videos, etc  
  • Support integrations between the LMS, eCommerce, ITRG/McLean website, Salesforce, etc as required
  • Consult with stakeholders to determine reporting needs and analyze system capabilities to meet those needs.
  • Build complex learning activity structures including courses, curricula, learning plans, and configure eLearning content for upload.
  • Work directly with internal teams and external partners to solve technical system issues and implement enhancement releases.
  • Work with the users, developers, IT staff and solution integrators to test solutions. Review and evaluate test results and ensure corrections are made and re-tested as appropriate
  • Manage and maintain the LMS vendor relationship

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in HR Technology platforms (UltiPro Kronos Group, Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle etc.) integrating with Microsoft Tools for multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, system design proposals, cost/benefit analysis and testing in support of solution development
  • Ability to build consensus and alignment between others within the organization to accomplish organizational goals
  • Ability to work independently while managing priorities and juggling multiple projects
  • Exposure to SCORM, API/Web Based integration considered an asset
